I’ve been living here since August 2022. I have throughly enjoyed it. The other residents are friendly and the staff is professional and caring. The activities keep us busy and meals are varied with many choices.

When I have an issue the staff is excellent in its responses and in a timely manner. I feel very safe at the Willows. The food is excellent. The staff deserve a five star rating.

Eric was so helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, without being at all pressuring. The pricing is also very competitive. I got a great feeling about this property, even though ultimately we had to go in another direction for Mom for other reasons.
