The technician arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment at 8am. Was courteous and focused. Went right to work and found and corrected the problem quickly. I realize every situation is different. But in my case he completed the work (which included getting his tools and walking up the stairs first) in 25 minutes.

We had someone come out quick, provide a bid, and get on the calendar in the span of 2 weeks! They did an excellent job and the price was extremely fair for what we asked.
